I’ve had the wonderlust bug since I was a child, but not matter how much I try and travel I never feel satisfied and I’m constantly wanting more. In recent years I haven’t been able to travel as much as I would have liked to, however, I am hoping that this will change soon. All except the top photograph are from pexels.com

You are leaving tomorrow to start a life in a new country, where would you go?
I’d have to say America, I mean it’s just a beautiful country with some rich culture (even if they are in jeopardy of having Trump as president!) The states I’d have to narrow it down to would be California, New York or Maine, the latter two being due to how similar it is to England (considering it’s in New England) therefore I feel like I’d feel comfortable and at home there. It would be amazing to live somewhere hot like California, particularly Los Angeles as it’s basically an American version of London! There’s no way I’d ever be able to say no to living in New York though since it’s home of Broadway plus it’s even similar to London and Los Angeles.

You can take someone for a weekend away to the place you had the best holidays ever, where would that be and who would you take to go with you?
I’d probably take one of my friends with me that also enjoyed travelling, as much as I love going away it family I feel it’ll be really nice to go away with a friend as it will be easier to decide what we want to do…plus we could travel for cheaper since staying in a hostel doesn’t bother me! As for location I’d love to go to Thailand or Singapore, as it’s such an exotic location compared to what I experience day to day, plus they are both rich in culture and have amazing food so it would be nice to try new things. Particularly things that are native to that country, I’d also want to spend time in both the tourist areas but also outside of the tourist zone to see what the country is actually like behind all the glitz and glamour.

You can get married wherever you want to, your budget is limitless, what is your choice?
I’d have to say, St Lucia, I fell in love with the Jamaican island when I was 10, and I can just imagine how stunning the wedding photos would be. However, to be on course to be married I obviously have to find a significant other first! Getting married in St Lucia means we wouldn’t have to travel somewhere else for a honeymoon, and we can invite only those that we want there rather than those we feel inclined in invite for whatever reason.
During your travels you can bring back home one animal as a pet, which one would you pick?
I’ve always wanted a pet tiger since I can remember, so it would obviously have to be a tiger. Okay it doesn’t seem like the best choice of pet, but it’s just a giant cat right…that could possibly eat me but I’m willing to risk it, I’m sure you can tame it if you got it from a cub. However, if it wished to be free then I would obviously either release it into the wild (if it still had it’s natural instincts) or donate it to a wild life trust where they are protected against poaching.

You can get back in time and relive one family trip, which one?
Kos. I loved my trip to Greece several years ago and I’ve been dying to go back since I will eventually get back. Evenings were spent in Greek restaurants trying local delicacies and chatting with the locals, while days were spent explore Kos Town (which was a 2km walk from our hotel) or hanging around the pool and getting involved in the daytime actives. Plus our little apartment was 500m away from a private beach that we had access too, it was literally the nicest holiday I’ve ever had outside of England.

What is the first thing you would pack for a one year travel around the world?
A camera, it’s all good making the memories but memories fade in the end, I’d take a camera with me to photograph everything I wanted to so in years to come I could look at the photographs and re-live the memories. Plus travelling for a year it could be very easy to mix up what happened in which camera however if you photographed it then it’ll be easy to distinguish each country from one another.

What would your fantasy 100th birthday destination be, and why?
Probably Sydney Australia, as they seem to be quite welcoming to the elder generation and I’d want somewhere that was more culture than nightlife or anything that would typically be for young adults. I would also be able to watch a performance of the Australian Ballet at the Sydney Opera House, and since my birthday isn’t long after New Year I would be tempted to go down early to watch the fireworks that I’ve only ever seen on television.

During your travel you can learn one sport to become a pro, what would that be?
This is a difficult decision but I’d probably say horse riding, I’ve always wanted to learn how to ride a horse and if I had the opportunity to learn how to do the really exciting things like jumping and weaving I’d be extremely happy. I’m not sure which country would be the best to learn such a thing would be though, I know horse riding is quite a big thing in England and maybe I can learn it up North since I am from the South and currently live in London.
